A booking form will pop up allowing you to toggle forward and backwards between the steps,
where you can select the service you require, as well as any extras.
Select the “next” button, Choose date and time, review the quote
Select the “next” button to proceed with your booking
Provide your mailing information and contact details.
Select the “next” button and proceed with method of payment .
You’ll receive an email as a confirmation of your booking completed successfully.

OUR COMMITMENT

ARRIVAL AND CLEANING TIMES:

To our faithful customers: A time frame for a cleaning service estimated may vary based on the actual conditions of the place or area to be cleaned. Our team will advise the customer and proceed accordingly. We kindly ask our customers around 10 minutes gap out of the officially booked arrival time, since our teams depends on parking areas, weather and \ or traffic conditions.

FULL SATISFACTION POLICY: 

If you are not completely satisfied with the service, we will visit you within 24 hours, after the job was completed, to correct the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

When booking an appointment, you are holding a space on our agendas that is no longer available to other customers. Kindly understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur in a cancellation fee.
