Important things to know about Green Maids Canada Move In \ Move Out cleaning services:
A.) Due to the complexity of this kind of service our teams will not use green products.
B.) Our teams are not allowed to climb any big ladder in order to reach ceilings, high walls, shelves, windows or chandeliers, just to mention some.
C.) Window cleaning includes only service in the inside, if any patio window cleaning is required, please email us to specify.
D.) Our teams are not allowed to lift, pull out, carry or move heavy furniture such as: couches, bed and bed frames, bookshelves, washers, dryers, or any other large furniture that can cause an injury to any of our team members or cause a damage to the property where the service is being provided.
E.) In order to reach underneath or around any large furniture the customer needs to move it beforehand for us.
F.) Our teams can’t clean pet excrement, cages, beds, toys, etc.
G.) Out teams can bring the garbage out to the designated garbage room or area, but they can’t take any garbage or junk off with them.
H.) Laundry, ironing or washing dishes by hand are not services we usually provide, but some exceptions may apply, please contact us for details.

Package One
$ 400 dollars ( Flat Rate ) – Service for a (1) One bedroom apartment, condo, bachelor or studio. Includes 3 hours cleaning service + Professional Carpet Cleaning in 1 area ( Any additional room will be considered as Extra).
Package Two
$ 500 Dollars ( Flat Rate ) – Service for a (2) Two bedrooms apartment, condo or town house. Includes 4 hours cleaning service + Professional Carpet Cleaning in 2 areas ( Any additional room will be considered as Extra).
Package Three
$ 650 Dollars ( Flat Rate ) – Service for a (3) Three bedrooms apartment, condo or townhouse. Includes 5 Five hours cleaning service + Professional Carpet Cleaning in 3 areas ( Any additional room will be considered as Extra).
